The Women at Franklin Templeton celebrated International’s Women’s Day to help promote women's empowerment.   Amanda Ready was asked to be a guest speaker on March 31,2021 to help educate others on the importance of understanding the power of mental health and work performance.

Amanda Ready facilitated Mental Health Workshops for 8 weeks to the Port Chester School district faculty.

Women empowering women!! Amanda Ready was a guest speaker for the Gucci Ballerina Showcase. The virtual showcase helped raise funds for the mental health programs in Costa Rica.
